On Friday, while Mr. Payne was at work, I figured I'd make a couple of phone calls and test the credit limit on his American Express, and WHOOPS! - I'd bought us a farm! Luckily, it's a beautiful place and Nik was very pleased with me when he came home.

Seriously: WE'RE ECSTATIC!! Our dream has come true, we own a fantastic piece of land on a sunny hillside about 20 km from town, close to Ronjas school, with an unbelievable view all along the valley and with sun from morning till night. We are so fortunate and so happy!!
