Woah, my winter sleepiness has kicked in, and today it felt kind of appropriate. We woke up to a frosty (and beautiful) landscape this morning. My fingers were cold and red after I was outside without mittens. There was thick ice in our animals' water buckets. I've kept the fire going all day.

It feels like the shift has come, I'm suspecting that winter has begun. Our cat Boo agrees with me, and can be found sleeping literally anywhere.

Yawn.
